Our management plans are strictly month-to-month. If you ever decide to move on, or if your business closes, you can cancel immediately with no exit fees. We build long-term relationships based on trust and results, not lock-in contracts.

We have removed all the friction from getting support. Forget about logging into a “ticketing portal” or waiting on hold with a call centre overseas.

When you need a change—whether it’s updating a team photo, changing a paragraph of text, or asking a question about an email—you simply send an email to our support address. That email goes directly to our local developer team here in Australia. We know your website, we know your business, and we usually resolve requests within the same business day.

Absolutely. You retain 100% ownership and control of your website at all times. We will provide you with an Administrator login so you can add blog posts, change products, or edit text whenever you like.

However, the beauty of our Concierge Service is that you don’t have to do it. Many of our clients are perfectly capable of editing their own sites, but they choose to email us instead because it saves them time and ensures the formatting stays perfect. You have the keys to the car, but you also have a chauffeur if you’d prefer to sit back and relax.

This is much more common than you might think, and it is exactly why we have our Site Onboarding process. Before we move your website to our servers, we perform a comprehensive “Health Check.”

During this onboarding phase, we scan for malware, clean up compromised files, and audit your plugins. If the issues are fixable, we repair them as part of the move. If we find that the website is too outdated or damaged to be secure, we will tell you immediately and provide a plan to rebuild it on a modern framework. We will never host a site that we can’t guarantee is safe.
